07 Oct 07: Long-time member Carol Alt has written and self-published Miki Sos, a children's book about the adventures of a polar bear named Miki Sos, who grapples with global warming from a bear's perspective. The lovely story, well-told, is matched with wonderful artwork by long-time member Roger Cook. Copies of the book are available at Talking Leaves bookstore in Buffalo. |
