Why eat locally?

• Spiritual – discipline, intentional eating, food as nourishment in all stages
• Political – choosing what is important, fight against conglomeration and food control form afar
• Health – less processed, fresh, nutrition
• Justice – support family farms and local businesses, keep money in community
• Fun – canning, u-pick, tastes better, farmers markets, building community, Bond Lake
